There is a large list of foods that will need to comply with the new FSMA Section 204 traceability regulation by January 2026. Below, you will find a list of raw agricultural commodities that are included. All of them that are grown domestically or that are imported or offered for import in any State or territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, will be subject to the FSMA traceability.
